Autumn break - cottage

Be prepared

A break from busy days: a weekend at a friends cottage. I'm going to relax and have fun, play games, sleep whenever I want to and not go to sleep too, if I feel like it. That's really all there is to say.

I'm turning a new leaf with my workouts considering roller derby! I've been quite sporty from 2010 when I really got into running and spinning. It was a long and a hard path to gain stamina since I had never moved before. In 2009 I had to literally start by walking for hours because I wasn't up for running yet. After building up a good basic condition I finally got to taste running and it was a great victory for me.

I love running and the feel of freedom it gives me. I started longing for something more so in 2011 I started toning my muscles too at the gym. Bodypump, group training, yoga and dancing became my weekly routine. In spring 2012 I fell in love with pole dancing and after seeing roller derby grow in Porvoo for one month I finally had the courage to go and try it out. So this is where my story begins!
