Weeeeeeeee!kend

My excited weekend mode is on! I'll hit the gym for a short run before a short bodypump. This just might be the perfect moment to finally upgrade weights on squats. It's a short class, only 30 minutes, so even if I would feel like dying I wont have to bear 50 more minutes. And this shorter class does not include one feet squats so the pain comes only once.
